If Houston makes the playoffs - they're 11th in the West now, four games out of the eighth and final spot - they have to turn that pick over to Vancouver or give the Grizzlies an acquired top 15 pick or a pick within two of Houston's slot. "You should be rooting for them to make the playoffs - we are," said Versace, noting the Rockets, through other trades, are likely to wind up with three picks this year. The acquisition of Francis helped me find this BBS. I would've never thought the Rockets could get him.
