Even if Westbrook made good decisions, the dude is still a ball-dominant guard who is terrible from outside the arc. And he really really really likes taking pull-up 2s, which does not fit at all with our offensive philosophy.

Well there's more to analytics than outside shooting. He's good at getting to the rim, shooting efficiently there, creating for teammates, and pushing the pace/running the break. And people call it stat padding but he's a good rebounder too
at least with Westbrook in the team it might make the refs call the game fairly, Harden will be allowed to have landing space
I feel the need to state my position here. NO to Westbrook. I'd actually rather we keep Chris Paul. Westbrook's game is predicated entirely upon his other worldly athleticism which is declining. Once it's gone there is nothing left to his game. Chris Paul is obviously on decline but he's so highly skilled that he should remain a contributor for the remaining years of his contract. I also think Chris Paul is much better off ball than Westbrook. It's a hell naw for me.
Stop star chasing and focus on building a talented, cohesive team where the parts fit. Russell Westbrook has been in the league a decade and is still unwilling to fix his flaws. Let some other team interested in selling tickets and willing to let Russ be Russ have him.
CP3- heat Westbrook- rockets I’m fine with that, has to be a 3 team deal, okc are trying to get out of tax territory, they aren’t taking CP3. CP3 doesn’t want to go to okc, but sure he would be fine going to Miami with butler. Nice city and organization there, his wife would be ok having a house on the beach there vs OKC. They can hang with wade & gabby.
