I have milk with cereal 3-4 times a week. I eat cheese all the time. Just made chicken divan last week with a heavy cream sauce. Eating peanuts as we speak and had some nice bread with my Pork Chop at Perry's last night. Zero issues. What's with folks these days being intolerant of everything...
You can use water... oat milk.... etc. I've never tried it, but a lot of people with dairy allergies make it this way. I try not to eat much bread, but I'm thinking about making some almond bread. It seems easy as hell, but not sure of the taste.
I'm unique I guess. Even kids these days drink cokes and sugar drinks with their fried and greasy processed junk food to go meals outside of school. It's no wonder the size of kids has doubled since I was young.
