I'm really leaning towards..... Spoiler Carol, seems like she's been set up during this second half especially now that's she's left....
Lol, what's really interesting is how someone else was supposed to to take that arrow... Ooooo well. It'll be interesting how they have the Negan thing go
No ****. Surely they will realize now that the zombies are the least of their worries when scouting. That's three times now their main scout has been jumped/ambushed
I get it, but at the same time, while they've taken risks and had issues, they're also in the most stable place they've ever been in since the series started. That + the group coming together (some equivalent of "team chemistry" in sports) + the strongest survive (i.e. people were dying at a faster rate because guys like Dale were still alive at that point...only a couple of Dales left) makes it ok to me.
It just seems like everyone from the prison and beyond is simply wearing plot/ratings armor. Hell, even when they're supposed to die, they just insert a random Alexandrian. They're down to basically bald flannel shirt wearing dude and Deanna's son. The shows has a real aversion to developing new characters, and when they do, it's typically done as a cheap device to ramp up to their inevitable death. I get that the 'core' survivors group are the billy badasses and have survived this long for a reason. They're the best at it. That's cool and all. But sheer randomness seems like a few of them would have ate it by now. I like the show better with a rotating cast, personally. It could go on for years, almost Doctor Who-esqe.
I agree with you in general that it's time. And I think they've reached a point where the ratings wouldn't suffer from 1 or even 2 deaths among the group--as long as they don't off Michone or Daryl. And it feels like they kinda can't go down the Carl or Glen path given what has transpired with them already.
Not that much time has passed for them and it would be ridiculous to keep killing characters who still have so much story to tell. You also don't want to follow the comics to closely that would be stupid. You can do it here and there but following the comics exactly would completely ruin all suspense in story. Hershel, Tyrese, and the Blonde chick all died within a few weeks of each other in the storyline, hell Tyrese and the Girl died within days of each other. Death for death's sake would just be boring and would ruin the amount of choices they have as far as direction of the show. Hershel, Tyrese, Lori, T-Dogg, Shane, Andrea etc. they were all main characters so Im not so sure I understand where this need for a main character to die comes from. It's happened already time and time again.
And what was up with that guy's face and side of his head? Not sure if he was the one who needed the insulin or if they mentioned a medical condition for his character in the past..
The insulin was for the hot blonde chick in ep 6. He got burned since the last time we met him. We don't know why, but maybe punishment for taking something (the insulin, right?, and/or the girls) from Negan's group from whom they were trying to escape. We know they have harsh punishment, as one of the captors last episode had a finger cut off. <img src="http://blogs-images.forbes.com/erikkain/files/2015/11/New-guy-1200x675.jpg" width=800>
Spoiler Abraham, the scene was basically just Eugene and Abraham in that spot heading back to camp, So no Daryl (not in comic) /Rosita/Dr.. So it changed up the scene a bit, especially since they didn't separate over silly fight
She went all Gus Fring and kept on going after getting a kill shot... I wonder if she was telling those 2 to hook it up...??
Daryl deserves some action. He hasn't had any since the beginning of the show. Rosita would oblige if Daryl tried.
Spoiler Michonne is the 3rd most important character in the Walking Dead universe. She is not dying anytime soon.
