I think that we should declare a winner in this League before starting the next one...

How about the 15 teams in the new vote in one word for the winner...can't vote for your own team. First with 8 wins?

    Something...
Or I could just ask 5 people in the new draft thread to judge...if you've got the votes already, you won't lose them.

    Ok.

I know this is a Rockets' site, but we gotta take off our homer glasses sometimes: Robert Horry does not belong in this league.

Just trying to imagine this matchup makes my head hurt. The court is too congested, too many players in each others' space, too much confusion.

Ok, I agree that there won't be much scoring so I'm moving on to the last five minutes of the fourth quarter. When I think about crunch time lineups I start seeing things clearly. Sigmund would play Payton, Ginobili, Durant, Worthy, and Kareem. There's good spacing there. Fallenphoenix comes out with? Uff.. Price, English, DeBusschere, Duncan, and Robinson? It's confusing because that's clearly their best and most conventional lineup, but Rodman and Iverson must be happy with playing major roles as the only two substitutes - no place for Wallace - and riding the pine late in games.

Bah.. I can't figure this matchup out. On paper, it looks like Sigmund should win it because his team seems to fit better, but with those lineup adjustments Fallenphoenix can make Duncan, Robinson, and English his focal points on offense while being able to defend their bigs with the San Antonio Twin Towers and Durant with the muscle and hustle of DeBusschere which we know bothers him - see 2012 Finals -. If Iverson and Rodman don't become malignant, Fallenphoenix should take this one, IMO.

Anyone with iverson as a starter will lose, since fallen changed his lineup.. Ill go with fallen here.. Frontcourt have chemistry.. While sigmund have 2 players in thestarting lineup that play out of position..(reed, durant)

I say fallen in wins a 7 game series (4~3)

Going to go with Sigmund here. Not exactly in the right mode to type out a few paragraphs with my reasonings, but I agree with a lot of what David said.

    Tied 5-5

Sigmund. I think Kareem is crazily underrated here. I think the benches are about even. Duncan is nice but he cannot destroy the other team like Kareem + Durant can. Manu as the sixth man can run the offense really well as well.

I think Sigmund's team would win in 5.
