Grady Spears was the Houston Texans chef at one time. I ate at his restaurant in Ft Worth one night and commented to my wife about the Texans hat hanging on a dear antler as I was leaving to get my car. When I pulled up to pick up the family, Grady Spears came out with the hat in his hand. Evidently he was sitting at the bar as I was leaving and heard us talking about the Texans. We chatted for a few minutes and he gave me his hat. Super nice guy.
