They still might not win the championship, but that's got to be the deepest team in the league!

Read the rest of the article...

"For what it's worth, there were reports that Dampier was finalizing a deal for a Miami condo. Would he be doing that if he wasn't planning on signing with the Heat? I don't think so. Remember how there were reports of LeBron buying a home down here right before he made his ‘decision'?"

Inside information, Dampier wants a ring, logical choice, he makes the Heat better and makes his role a lot easier. All he has to do is take advantage of simple opportunities and play defense.

Great first post for me :p

    BASKETBALL GODS!!

Please let your injury curse be lifted from the Houston Rockets and be placed on the Miami Heat to make them pay for all the crimes they have done!! Let the Houston Rockets get Melo without giving up any major assets and sweep the Lakers in 4. Also, please let the Rockets win the 2011 Championships because they have been robbed from it for TOO long!

    Amen :)

He would, but he doesn't have talents.

Maybe Dampier is having second thoughts about joining Miami?

Lebron is the PG, and averages more assists then 90 percent of point guards in the NBA.

You also forget James Jones, Arroyo, Stackhouse and Chalmers on your list as well.

Doesn't matter.... they're still not anywhere close to being the deepest team in the league.

I dont think that a brokedown Dampier is the key to Miami winning the title. That team would be stomped by L.A. Miami wont even get to the finals. :)

So much hate on this site. :( Amare needs pg after all, Miami has no chance. Kobe is slowing down so Lakers are on the decline.

So what team is good in the NBA? Somebody has to win the championship, right?

All Bynum is to Gasol is an afterthought.

Damp is exactly what LBJ and Wade need on the team: a defensive presence who can help out a bit on rebounding. Him being there makes Bosh look less bad.
