that seems like an interesting idea. Though, it would mean an average PER of 10 for each player. Getting a superstar would mean your bench is at a disadvantage.
Next seedings? Winner of 1 v 16 vs Winner of 8 v 9 Winner of 2 v 15 vs Winner of 7 v 10 Winner of 3 v 14 vs Winner of 6 v 11 Winner of 4 v 13 vs Winner of 5 v 12
I did a 2k simulation and surprisingly my team won against torque's 117-94. The minutes got a little screwed up, though. Bogut played 19 minutes, while Ben Wallace played 30. And Lowry and Chandler only played 4 minutes. Everyone else was about normal. Still it's kind of surprising given that Ben and Troy Murphy are really overrated in my version. I guess this means that the simulations aren't all that great. Lebron shot 2/16 and CP3 shot 3/10.
You should do multiple simulations and post the results. Are you doing just matches or a normal season?
I just did a regular game that I could watch the computers battle on. Multiple simulations are better for sure. But I don't have the way to get the updated rosters so I'm stuck with defaults. It's still fun to watch for me anyway.
Yeah I'm down for round 3. And I don't think we can base anything off of one simulation. Cavs beat the Heat once remember.
Count me in. That game was in the middle of the season, though, and the Cavs were super revved up for it. Other than Lebron James, the Heat were sleeping. If it were a playoff game, the Heat would have won for sure.
I think we should wait til I've been crowned champion before starting part 3..this forum might be a bit oversaturated with draft threads now.
