I was on a "Subway diet" recently for 10 weeks. Not exclusively Subway, but I had it everyday for lunch instead of burgers & fries, pizza & Taco Bell. While its not the absolutest freshest most organic food ever (though their claim is "Eat Fresh"), when I resumed my bad eating ways I noticed I felt much more sluggish and crappy afterward. And there really was a better feeling of "freshness" while I was on it. Even though it wasnt all Subway I did, I do believe it can work for weight control.
It's either him or Tuck, I confuse those 2 all the time. I just like trying to butcher Osi's last name, I'm sure its Justin Tuck.
So I am trying to gan weight, do I need to give up Subway? Such a shame, I love the chicken and bacon ranch - and I was so damn sure it was helping me stack on the kilos.
Big Al's a double-double machine. He's a force. In terms of big men out West, he's third on the food chain behind Duncan and Gasol. He's going to have a monster year in Minnesota.
He's one of the very few players I hope will have a full recovery after that horrible injury. The guy is a class act just for the fact of telling the media he didn't deserve a max contract because he hasn't earned it yet.
I know a chick (cougar type) who boned Justin Tuck in the Hamptons a week before the season started. True story. Carry on.
Ha this reminds me of when I met Chuck Hayes at subway lol. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=153191

Jefferson at 290+? Was it after months of layoff due to injury or was he actually playing near that weight?
