Bron would come here if we trade Harden for draft picks

As much as we would like to it would be foolish to ignore this "he doesn't like the city of Houston" thing.

Also foolish to ignore his son agreeing to play high school ball in LA.

Also foolish to ignore the fact that he would most likely have to agree to come here and opt in with Cleveland before July 1st meaning no meeting with other suitors. LeBron turning down a meeting with Pop and the Spurs a guy and organization he openly admires? or Refusing to allow Magic and the Lakers to even give their sales pitch?

I want to ignore these facts like any other Rockets fan because I believe we deserve a championship after all the B.S. we've had to endure over the years but I just can't.

He would have to do an opt-in and trade to get to most any decent team.

The Spurs don't have cap room either and they really aren't that close to making a max slot.

I hope so, but I honestly don’t expect a school to divulge if Lebron’s son is going there to some random journalist or whatever that dude that asked is

That almost guarantees GSW wins again next year. Hopefully Harden hits his shots and some of our role players show up next year.

It'd be sad for us but still lulzy if Bron went to LA to pull off a Big Baller scheme with him and his son

    Lavar would be pissed

Miami got hit by Irma like Austin got hit by Harvey. Irma effected Jacksonville more than Miami.

You know, I've often wondered if or even thought LeBron doesn't like Houston as a city. Not saying this all isn't speculative, but it does make sense to me. Again, I'm in the camp that he decides to stay in Cleveland. Maybe he goes back to Miami? Whatever his decision is, I would be shocked if he chooses a western conference team.

Houston doesn't have that one thing...that tourist trap thing to draw people in. It's not a particularly old historical city that played a big part in anything other than the advent of synthetic turf and the oil industry. But living here is completely different. I wouldn't and don't want to live anywhere else. I have everything I need here.

As far as the drive in goes, yeah...coming in on the Hardy isn't the best introduction to the city.

Lebron isn't dumb. He's not going to take the few minute snapshots he's had of the city into consideration. He's going to talk to people...like the godfather of his son to make a more informed decision.
