That's coz you gotta be a certain height to play SG and most of the good SGs out there are in PG bodies so they're relegated to playing the point.

Most of the SG's are in PG's bodies?
Some might... be undersized but a 6'3 is actually a very big size for a PG.

SGs are around 6'5 normally.... McGradys, Martins are exceptions. But is not like Martin is using his height to post up.

Yeah 6'6" is big for a SG and 6'7" is mismatch height for the position. I think some people overestimate the height requirements for SG. For example, Jordan was reportedly 6'4.75" without shoes.

6'4", 6'5" is the normal size. 6'3" is a bit undersized but not terrible.

It's not like Chuck Hayes with 6'5 PF playing Center against 7+ footers with guards.

Combo guards are around 6'4, 6'3

manu and is not even close. Sadly this season he got hurt a lot, but he is terrific. He can score in so many ways, but he can also dish, play some d, do the dirty work every team needs and he is really clutch. Joe johnson is 4th, but his contract is worse than amares.

Well, Manu is clearly the most skilled and the best... when he's healthy. When is he healthy these days though?

Its hard to compare because the players mentioned here have different ages. Manu, Wade, Ray Allen and of course Brandon Roy would be my picks at their prime.

Also what happened to the SGs in the NBA? People always say center is the rarest position, but if it weren't for injuries the NBA would be land of the dominant Cs again with Yao Ming, Oden and Bogut.

I guess we just have to wait for Shabuzz Muhammad and Bradley Beal.

Tyreke is swimming around under 3%.

    And that was my point.

A couple of years ago, I might have said Joe Johnson. But he's really fallen off. But I guess so has the rest of thw two-guard.

As for the poll- Manu maybe?

I voted Joe Johnson because I'm an unbiased NBA fan who isn't a UT/Kevin Durant nut hugger.

Yes voting for James Harden obviously means you're a nuthugger of UT/Kevin Durant.

    Doesn't even make sense.
