Beautiful pictures. I was in the DRC (Lubumbashi) a few weeks ago, and the area around it shared a lot of the flora and fauna evident in your wife's photographs. I like the gorilla ones the most.
The gorillas and chimpanzees were the main focus of her trip. We had gone to Tanzania 2 years ago and the game drives were much better there with an abundance of different animals.

Funny thing about this picture is I posted it on Facebook with the same snarky comment. A friend of my wife asked if she could share it to show how social media really does help world wide. My wife had to tell her I was joking.
