[ADVICE] Any Party Ideas in the Houston area for my 25 year old girlfriend?

    Me and my girlfriend are raised Houstonians but just moved back from college. We were looking for any cool ideas y'all have for a 25 year old's birthday party late this month. We've been thinking maybe something around the water or beach, as our budget is only a few hundred bucks.

    We were thinking a boat on kemah but during the day its too hot, and night spots were filled. Any other similar or out of the box ideas that don't require too big of a budget are welcome.

    Perhaps wake her up early in the morning and take her to The Breakfast Klub. Then leisurely drive her around the Rice University area before taking her to the Menil Collection to view priceless art works. Take her next to the Rothko Chapel and hold her hand and tell her that she completes you.
    For lunch take her to Mama Ninfa's and have them surprise her with a piece of cake and a rendition of "Happy Birthday". Last, drop her off at BigTexx's River Oaks abode and he will make her find her own personal Jesus.
