Aaron Glenn;s song

I don't want to be a critic, but...

I like the chorus on the first version a lot better. It sounded more like a warm welcome home than the chorus in the second version.

Part of what makes your songs so great is that the choruses get stuck in your brain. I still find myself humming the chorus to the first version of Welcome Home Aaron Glenn...and I only have listened to it twice. The new chorus isn't as catchy or warm. Just my opinion though.

 

I agree with Refman. Something about the chorus in this version really bothers me. I think it is the waivering, high pitched "Aaron Glennnnnnnn" part. I liked the old chorus better as well.

 

I expect a Chris Carter song is in the works here Chance, or will I have to knock some sense into you .

I agree with refman and raven. The first chorus was catchy. The new chorus just seems out of place. I still like the song though.
