Why do people keep making these ridiculous trade suggestions? The Kings wouldn't give us Cousins if we offered three first rounds picks and any five players on our roster.

Here is my proposal. Since Brooks is at home, make him practice until the next game. Then try something radical... put him in the starting lineup and see how that goes.
I always knew that AB had a bit of a temper problem, with the amount of technicals that he always picks up and with the recent throwing of the ball at Kevin Love, but I had no idea it would escalate into this von wafer-esque attitude problem. Brooks needs to check his ego and frustration (which I somehow doubt he will) or I really don't think he'll be in a Rockets uniform that much longer. I really loved him last year, and would hate to see him go, but hey, if a player's gonna act like a baby, then what can you do?
This is the start of the snow ball effect, Brooks goes down with injury rushes his comeback and hasn't been able to take over the starting job. Now a walk out on your team in a tight game down the stretch. If Brooks doesn't at least make an apology to his teammates he obviously doesn't want to resolve anything going on. We will see how the story develops approaching the deadline, hopefully this snowball doesn't turn into an avalanche.
So, just for clarity's sake, we were offered Flynn for Brooks? We were also offered Gortat for Brooks? Can anyone confirm that? At the time, I wouldn't have done either of the those deals (i still wouldn't do the Flynn deal), but Brooks' attitude is weakening our bargaining position. I wonder whether the Gortat offer is still on the table (or if it ever was). Does anyone know of any other official offers that have been made for Brooks? -obviously i understand that it's unlikely that Morey would reveal what teams have offered, but i was wondering if anyone had heard or read anything
I blame Manu Ginobili for all this. If it weren't for him trying to draw a charge in that one game, undercutting and injuring Brooks at half-court at the end of the quarter when Brooks was already airborne, Brooks would still have his starting job.
Yes, reward him for playing terribly and being insubordinate to the coach. I'm sure Lowry among others will love that.
