Is the Jonny Flynn deal is on the table?

If so, Morey don't hesitate, do it now!!

Brooks is on a rampage of self destruction.. we need to get what ever we can now..

I'm just speculating here, but could it be that there was a previous imminent trade involving Brooks, and he knows it, and that is why he is acting like he is?

Do you remember that Ish got recalled all of a sudden once before?

That trade would be way too lopsided for us.

But if it happens I'll be happy.

Cousins? Hell yes. I'd trade Hill, PPat and Twill for him.

Just because hes mad does not mean he can just walk off the court during games like that. Its no one's fault but his. He should know that if he's playing well, he would get his role back but Kyle Lowry is a better player and is out playing Brooks.

So instead of moping around, showing his emotions and walking off court during games like that, why don't he try to work harder and earn that starting role like Lowry did. Lowry wants to be a starter too but you don't see him act like that when he was a bench player. He just simply worked even harder and earn that starting spot. Brooks on the other hand, thought that by being MIP last season, that the starting role would just be handed to him again. Kyle Lowry didn't mope around last season when he didn't get the extention. He just worked extremely hard over the off season and got a nice fat contract.

We all know who worked hard in the off season and who didn't by their performances. Even though Brooks was hit with a big ankle injury that limited his production at the beginning of the season, he still had a chance to get his role back. He had more than enough time to regain his role back. But instead, he gets frustrated that its not handed to him and therefore, jacking up shots trying to inflate his stats. Lowry is playing extremely well right now so I don't see Brooks getting his role back anytime soon.

Its not like Adelman favors Lowry more. I know Rick would have given Brooks the starting role back if he was playing well and brought the same productivity like he did last year. But he's not playing anywhere near the same level. There are some games that he shows much promise, but he has to do it on a consistant base.

Basically Brooks should know that by being MIP, he still have to work hard every season to secure his role. Lowry works hard no matter what role is given to him. Brooks can whine and mope around all he wants, its not going to give him his role back and definitely not helping his case either. Extention or not, he should worry more about playing hard and winning games first. He cant expect a big contract extention first and then hard work after. He knows he have to earn it first.

Sure he is last year MIP, but right now, Lowry is this year Rockets MIP and the best PG on this team. He didn't mope around when he was Brooks backup. He just worked hard, be patience, and earn the starting position. In the NBA, you have to work hard and earn your role. So this year, Lowry definately earn that starting role easily.

What he did is wrong, of course...let's hope it doesn't hurt his trade value too much. He is not the first Rockets player who has been suspended for conduct detrimental to the team, though...even Dream got suspended for that reason.

Sucks because whatever trade value he had just bottomed out. Now teams know we need to trade him. I say we TMac him the rest of the year and let him walk.

there's no enforcer leader on this team. We need a leader that has balls to run up on AB and tell him the biz. WIld child doesnt have an enforcer dad, just a role model mom aka battier. And its not just AB acting like a spoiled kid there's plenty of rockets acting like that too. They whine about calls and let their man attack our small bigs, flop and stay down, defensive tenacity is not there till the last seconds.

    Veteran leadership is overrated.

Why would Parker do this?! The spurs have extended his contract.

There were a lot of trade talks involving him before extension

And, emotional problems may be after divorce and all, but he is still playing great.

As a professional, it's expected from him. Can't hurt team or fans for personal reasons.

Dear AB, even Adelman is in a contract year.

And my respect for C.Lee increased after this incident. Starting SG in Orlando and NJ. Now backup playing around 12 mins a game and still putting up an effort.

I did not mention Parker, but the person who did, may be did it because he wanted to show that he is like the 3rd option? even after been a great PG. He accepted Manu and Duncan are better than him.
