Walter is making 4.5 million and Bolden 6. Texans could have worked that out.

Cutting Walter doesn't releive the entire 4.5 hit. Taking the 6m hit on top of whatever is left over leaves us with probably barely (if even) enough to sign our rookies.

lmao Texans can't/will not sign anybody. We have 0 cap room left if we resign Quin, Barwin, & Antonio.

i think it's more like 7.5. Sure the "could" have worked something out, but to what at what other cost?

Just saying, they texans aren't in a position to throw money around willy nilly.

We should have gotten Harvin, but Bolden not so much. He's a possession receiver and a short yardage guy. We have Andre Johnson for that now. What we need is a slot receiver/playmaker.

Bolden is good, no doubt, but he'd be a little redundant next to Dre. They really need to add a playmaker. I'm hoping for them to continue the Jean experiment and continue to give reps to Martin. AND address WR in the first round then WR/TE again before round five.

Why...Harvin is a FA after next season. You still have to sign him. Boldin would want to much money.

Not suggesting we should've gone after Boldin, but the 49ers have less cap room than we do. Yet they're able to go out and make a move and we aren't.

The Rich get richer...The 49ers are clear favorites to win the title...Cant believe they traded Boldin for a 6th...Boldin made Flacco...not the other way around...Flacco's security blanket... Boldin...

The Ravens are admittedly gonna tank next season...and restock on picks...but seriously...6th?? thats all??

My take on the Niners...Let go of Moss for an arguably better player in Boldin(at this stage of their respective careers.), have their future QB on a salary scale similar to Chandler Parsons...have 10-11 picks in this years draft...Has a full stable collection of former first round draft picks...

The Niners have to be the clear favorites to win the title from the NFC...

A note to all, the Texans are going to be fine, they just need to draft well this year...and wait for any bargains that may still be remaining...Quite a few teams have made some rather significant subtractions on their teams...The Texans are in decent shape to atleast sign their FA's...

primarily because they have talent remaining...Boldin is just gonna be a one year rental for them...so no real damage done...They just upgraded from Moss to Boldin...The only potential weakness they now have is if Colin Kaep struggles or gets hurt...other than that..they are still going to be one of the top 3 teams in the NFC...

I don't see the point of Bolden. We need a speedster to complement Andre and our underneath TE's.

Bolden won't take the top off a defense.
