30k millionaires were never much of a Houston thing. More Dallas. In Houston, we actually have jobs and make money.
Could be a second job, but I guess that makes it worse. Don't know the situation though. They are just moving further west between Richmond and 10, from 610 to Eldridge basically. That whole section of Houston has been building up to accommodate all the 30kers getting priced out of the loop.
