Going to be a fun game. If we can contain their running game (which is going to be extremely tough) like we did against FSU I like our chances. If not hopefully we can win a shoot out.
Watching the total finally ease down to 67 - 67 1/2. It's headed lower. Lots of over money sucked in at the wall that is 68.
Oh please, give me a break. If UH wins, their fans deserve to crow all they want. You think they could possibly be more annoying than Longhorn or Aggie fans after a big win? If the Coogs can upset a powerhouse like OU, with what is basically second tier talent, then more power to them.
Like BB007, I'm making the double-header this weekend at NRG and DKR. Houston needs to win the game in the trenches or at least win a good percentage of those battles if it wants to win today. Mayfield can't have all day to throw. Go Coogs.
I am sorry if I don't understand but why this is a huge game? I know it is Oklahoma but it is only first game of the season. If uh wins, will uh be in the playoff and/or is it about big 12 approving uh to join in their conference if we win? I just wonder why this is a huge game.
I'm pretty sure that isn't true, but it IS a huge game because both teams are highly ranked. Re: houstontexans In college football, you are restricted to the quality of your opponents in proving just how good you are. UH doesn't play many more tough teams after this monster today. If they win, they'll likely win the rest of their games and could make it to the playoffs. If not, a BCS bowl (like last year) would also be very possible.
