Again, the presidential records will contain trump's tweet... and you can only imagine what offensive disinformation will be distributed in the future...
I think 'LIE' isn't quite it in an era of constant lying as acceptable by a significant portion of the population. As @Os Trigonum implies recently - lies are (now) more like disinformations and are simply judgment calls and opinions. You have to rise above that. You can't simply just lie, you have to lie bigly. The biggieist of all lies. If you are going to simply lie, it's not quite enough. Go for it. Reach for the peak, get to the top. p.s. no one is better at this game than Mr. Trump.
