I don't know the guy from Adam, but have you seen video of the "shove"? I mean, it was a weird reaction but not forceful or violent. Even Lowry was just like WTF more than upset and a long way from it hurting him. Just a bizarre thing that probably happened way down on Stevens brainstem, just an instinctual thing, I'd guess.

Don't think this would have made any kind of news or anything in the 1980's, say in Boston Garden or something. Can't imagine someone being throw out for that.

I do not think that Thompson will be 100% either, the raptors need have a good game plan to take him out of the game quickly.

 

Harden got around 5 points in 4th quarter of game 5 and the grief was with him not attempting to score more. A definition of "ghost" is subjective, but Curry did attempt a whole bunch of shots. My main point is: I don't think your statement is factually correct. fwiw

 

And seven points in a quarter is a 28 point pace. Nothing wrong with that.

 

I KNOW there's nothing wrong with it. I just find it stupid how harden gets criticized in a 4th q where he scored 12 and curry doesn't get criticized for scoring 7

 

Was the criticism of Harden for scoring 12, or for standing around halfcourt looking like he didn't give a d@mn when he didn't have the ball?

 

In the last 2 4th quarters combined he is 1-5 with 7 points.

 

I have had some interactions with Mike Moritz and some other partners, not him. Let's just say they think they are the masters of the universe and everyone should bow to them. They do some philanthropic stuff, but how did they really make all their money? By riding the coattails of hard-working founders, whom they often squeeze.

Very few VCs have really earned my respect.

Oh, I get that. I just didn't really think that anyone would be surprised in the slightest that the Warriors were getting preferential coverage...that's been the case for a few years now.

 

Seriously? I watched that whole series - it was clear he was fading down the stretch but didn’t realize it was THAT bad. Yikes.

The issue is he wasn't landed on by Lowry and reached over another seat to push him.
