In retrospect that timeout by Nurse at the 3:00 minute mark was a mistake. Leonard was rolling at that time with the team up 6. I sensed the Worriers were about to call it quits. At that time, I was thinking, wtf?!?

That timeout gave Kerr and his players time to regroup, which they did.

Didnt need retrospect - that timeout (was a blunder and the warriors capitalized.

There is no justifiable reason to call a timeout when your team is on a role and about to snuff the life out of GS. They could have gone up by double digits and that would have been it.

Now you travel to Oracle for Game 6, with thoughts of what could have been

I know man, that was a terrible decision by a NBA head coach. I don't buy the excuse his players needed to get some rest. Just the adrenalin and the energy from the home crowd would have carried them to the finish line. Oops.

Even if they needed rest, he would still have 2 timeouts under 3 mins and GS will likely call some on their own.

I had been quite impressed with his coaching so far but he screwed up on that one and most likely cost his team the game.

Harden is the most disrespected superstar in basketball. That's a totally different dynamic. Warriors are media darlings because of tyeir success. Can't compare.

I have a bad and irresistible feeling that GS will come back to win the series, and Toronto will choke.

I might get burned for saying it, but I have a bad feeling that the Warriors will come back to win the series.

If there is a team that can be down by 30 points and get back and kill you it's the Warriors.
Game 6: all the pressure is on Toronto, and if GS wins, then you know what is coming next.. same thing, the pressure is on Toronto ...

I think warriors benefited from the solid start by KD. Otherwise raptors would have won this game also.

How many timeouts did the Warriors have at that point? If Kerr was about to call a timeout anyway on their next possession, I don’t see why it matters.

Yup, since LeBron is out of the picture they have to hype up Curry as well as his merry band of Worriers. Klayface Thompson should keep his comments to himself. I swear one day Draymond Green is going to punch a ref.........Something is seriously wrong with him.

I really don't, because what you think would impact the Rockets is only in your head.

By your logic, having a super team like the Warriors is good for the Rockets because it gives the Rockets a chance to do something epic in beating a super team like that, right? But in reality, the Rockets did not beat them, and the odds of the Rockets beating them in the future while they remain a super team are quite slim if you are honest to yourself.

Now what is better for the Rockets? (1) Having a super team nobody including the Rockets can beat, or (2) the super team turns out to be not that super and the competition of NBA is open to many teams, including the Rockets?

I thought the 3 by Curry prior to Thompson's was a 2. He had a toe on the line....

That block took me back to game 6 of the 1994 Finals. As a Lowry fan, I wanted so bad for him to hit that shot. What an ending that would have been.

Terrific close to the game by the Warriors. That’s why they are the champs.
