Would it have killed them to trade up for Mark Andrews if you were going to pick a TE?

I don’t know that I would have taken him this early but he isn’t without upside. I saw a lot of him and Frost utilized him well in college and is a big supporter of him. He is a plus athlete and will catch the ball. My concern is that he is limited as a blocker at this point. It is a weapon for Watson. I am guessing someone likes his upside.

No BOB when you get down to it, the better you do what you do is what matters... not being mediocre at a lot of different things.

Reid is an excellent pick by all accounts. Rankins is a starting caliber OL prospect which is all you can ask for in the 3rd, passing on Orlando Brown will be the question IMO. Akins is a bit of a head scratcher.

Still a lot of talent though left for our 4th rounder. Sweat, Crosby or Hill would be good picks. Really want Hill but Crosby and Rankins would be a very nice OL haul.

It' like the organization got tired of drafting towards the end of the round and just picked whoever. There were definitely better players on the board than Akins.

Not quite sure what that has to do with our picks since we didn’t draft one.

Well, at least the Texans seemed to draft for need.

I laugh at you guys that fall in LOVE with NAMES. Just because u think U know something, doesn't mean you do. Teams have their own evaluations.

Do you trust evaluations from Texans?

I would predict one of Lauletta, Crosby, or Nelson based on O'Brien's pre-draft interaction but at this point who knows. I hope they think hard about this because a lot of players will be gone by the time they pick again in the 6th.

Probably about 95% of fans have guys they want their team to draft. That’s the beauty of watching the draft.

Good thing we have an early pick tomorrow. Any one of these guys would do:

    Desmond Harrison
    Tyrell Crosby
    Da'shawn Hand
    Shaquem Griffin
    Deshon Elliot
Adam Breneman (played for O'Brien in school)
    Quinn Blanding
    Jeremy Reaves
    Kalen Bellage
