I find it sad that since Daniel Owens as our TE, we have been pretty pathetic at that position.

seriously we might get it right in another 10 years (Like the QB position)
Seriously get a threat at TE- stop looking for just a block TE that can occasionally catch. We need a Graham/ Gronk type of TE...

He's without a doubt as egotistical and arrogant as was JM and that will prove to be his downfall. I listened closely to his so-called "explanations" for his behavior and found them to be nothing more than carefully rehearsed PR tripe. He's just another in a long line of "privileged" athletes who feel that the rules (and laws) of society don't apply to them as long as they can play ball. I find it amusing that you even have to consider off-the-field risk when talking about the top pick in the draft. If this is even a remote possibility, then you are asking for trouble.

Slightly significant from the Texans standpoint IMO. Thought they would pick up a OT with one of their 2nd rounders.

    :(
I would rather have Trent Brown than any of the tackles in the draft now.

They are polar opposites as players. Graham is basically a really tall finesse slot receiver, Gronk lines up in line and mugs people. Gronk's blocking is among the best TE's in the NFL.

yes , but there both a dangerous threat- regardless of what each do as to blocking..
We have Ryan Griffin (0 threat) - and doubt any team fears any of our TE

Yeah, there's not really a "Gronk type", there's just Gronk. No other TE is that good of a blocker while being that good of a receiving threat.

That's not really fair. Ryan Griffin is a very decent receiving TE despite never being the primary TE target. His main issue is that he can't stay healthy and he's ONLY a receiving TE.

San Fran reddit users say he's overweight and has attitude problems. He is in a contract year though

He is overweight but effective. Orlando Brown is overweight, not sure if he will be as effective.

Would be awesome if Dallas Goedert somehow fell to the 3rd round.

So we pick for first time at what time tonight? Around 11pm?

The wait is terrible but back to normal next year with an extra 2nd rounder in 2019. Just had to make it through these first couple days.

Didn’t effect him in college but obviously a different ball game in the NFL. Not getting my hopes up but Brown falling to us would be the absolute the best case scenario we could’ve imagined going into the entire draft process.
