Or if you want to truly break the bank and impress. The Motorola Razr. It has texting capabilities and I think you can see who is calling without having to open the phone.
anyone use the apple watches? i'm not a big accessory guy so never worn watches but the series 3 is intriguing. are they worth it? just silly gimmick? i mean if you're carrying your phone with you all the time does it render it useless?
I wear mine everyday. Is it necessary? Absolutely not. But it looks good and notifications on your wrist can be very functional. Especially while driving. For instance, I like that it vibrates and displays your next move while running GPS for directions.
just read the new watch w/cellular won't work with a pre paid phone plan on all carriers. that renders it useless for me. that means my phone has to be on me for most of anything on the watch to work right?
bump figured i'd post in here...worried starting another thread might start a flame war. anyways...picked up a macbook recently...never had a macbook...what are some must have/essential apps for the mac to really get the most out of it?
FK man. I have a 6 Plus that I bought in 2014 for $850. Broke the screen in july and got it fixed for $150. Idiot me took the phone out of the case yest to fly the drone since it doesn't fit in the controller with the case on. I was sitting down to put my shoes on and it fell..literally..1 ft from my pocket to the floor and cracked the screen again. This time a straight line right across the middle of the screen horizontally. Ugh. Now I am not sure what to do. I was hoping to hang on to it for another year. I could just live with it or get a new iphone and use the current one for drone duty.
You should be able to fix it cheaper than $150, go to the mall and haggle with the guys at the kiosks.
Windows 10. Some will tell you to use bootcamp, and some will tell you to use something like parallels. After living with OSX for about a year, I preferred to recreate the boot sector, so the machine had no idea it was ever an Apple product..........except for the funky keyboard. Longest lasting laptop I've ever had.
I had a mac for the last 5 years, and finally broke down and installed windows 10 on it. Instant productivity gain. Mac OS sucks monkey balls from a usability standpoint.
Disagree, wholeheartedly. But as for the iPhone X, have your preorder in by 2:02:30 AM Central or don’t even bother.
