So is scrubby Airemy going to be demoted after the Crabbe trade?

Jeremy Lin is honestly a better fit than Derrick Rose in Cleveland. If only because Jeremy Lin can sit in the corner and spot up while LeBron gets him wide open jumpers. I know we all hate talking about Lin, but objectively he's a better shooter than Derrick Rose.

Except Lin has horrible court awareness.
Remember Kobe telling him to foul when time was expiring? or when we lost a playoff game cause Lin wasn't aware of the clock, score and Mo Williams?

LeBron wouldn't put up with it. What if Lin forgets to pass LeBron the ball?

Oh, why would Cleveland want someone who can't play half the season.
Also, look at the playoff performances, you get a massive drop from Kyrie to Lin, like bottomless pit drop

Jerry Lin is going to mentor Russell and Crabbe from the bench. LOFs will characterize it as a a "three guard rotation".

Why does this site continue to follow Jlin and start threads about him? The guy sucks and he's gone. Does everyone here stalk their exgirlfriends and write about what they are doing? Time to end the creepyness.

A hardcore Jerry Lin fan started this thread. A lot of the lin fans have left but we still have a few like OP polluting the forums.

Depends. If your ex-girlfriend's friends tried to make your life miserable for years there'd probably be some payback.

Well, the first thing is we need to stop swyyyguy from creating troll threads.
There's already a Lin Brooklyn thread, no need for a secondary one.

Two, we need to remove all members who joined the board with zero interest in the Rockets. I don't care if they act 'nice', they are here to react to members who joined for the Rockets for any criticism of Lin.

Lin is not special and should be treated like all nba players. he should be open to criticism based on his play without trolls and stupid members latching on his ethnic background as an excuse for tolerance of bad play.

Agree with everything you wrote. Shut this thread down and use the other one. And yes, discuss Lin with the same standards that all ex-Rockets are treated.

They're still salty because of how of the league is "holding Jeremy back". Lin is a rich guy who plays a game for a living, it should be enough but we know it isn't. Lin a is average, AT BEST.

    Poor Airemy Lin fans...

Nets keep adding guards to their roster.

Their biggest fear...other players on the team eating away at Airemy's minutes.

    Lulz....

The worst part of when Lin was a Rocket was his use of religion to mask his insecurity and bad play.

He quoted a bible verse when the Rockets were trying to get Carmelo. All they did was photoshop a #7 jersey.
For a dude who was with the Rockets for two years to think that his number was sacred like Hakeem's , that shows he had an inflated view of himself and at the same time very insecure.

Also when he was on that horrible brick and miss streak, he was posting all types of stuff to Jesus.

Dude, Jesus and Morey gave you a huge contract to play for the Rockets. Suck it up. Jesus already answered your prayers for the big money, he's not going to fix your jumper or bad passes.

Lin will be owned by LeBron if they on the same team and be stuck on the bench with only garage time minutes. Lin was put in his place by Melo, Harden, Kobe, Kembo, and the same will happen with Russell and LeBron.

Not sure about "multiple", but I do agree that Lowry and Dragic are better PG's than Lin at this point. Both have been in the league longer than Lin, and both were able to play on teams where they received strong support from their head coach (notably so after they left the Rockets). Lin had great support from D'Antoni with the Knicks, but after MDA left, he really didn't have that kind of support until he got to Charlotte and now in Brooklyn. Was really bummed that he got injured and missed more than half the season this past year...but the Nets were clearly better with him on the court than without him, so I'm looking forward to his continued improvement.

That said, not sure what that has to do with having ex-Rocket threads on this forum?
