Airemy is so awesome that he plays for the worst team in the league.

No one else wants this scrub.

So awesome that the worst team in the league brought in two additional guards in the off season.

Why don't the Nets trust Airemy Lin???

Patrick Beverley - In a trade that got us CP3.

Airemy Lin - In a trade that cost us a draft pick just to dump him.

I guess you don't follow the Nets. They trust Lin completely and want Lin and Russell to start together.

What does this have to do with the Nets intending to start Lin and Russell together? Crabbe is being projected to play the 3 either ahead of or behind LeVert....

    Lulz...

Yeah, make sure to follow the team with the worst record in the league... You know, the one the Airemy Lin leads to lottery pick even though they don't have any picks.

How does that disagree with me? He still wasn't a good 3 point shooter, which is what we needed in the first unit with Harden. He was most effective when he was pushing the fast break, that's how Linsanity was created. His shooting might have improved, but it was inconsistent and often times atrocious. Not to mention all those mistakes in the Portland series. Just never understood the hate or love for the guy, other than he was Asian and Asians want to root for Asians, just like Brazilians probably root for Barbosa and NeNe.

What annoys me the most is the posters here that label people LOF, TOF, etc. Who are you to tell someone else they aren't a fan of this team? Now I'll await some "99er" doucher come in and say that because they joined the forum early, they're more of a fan.

You don't know the history of the board.

When it was first created it all Rockets fans meaning they favored the team above all joined. Since Rockets fans are great people with many interest, they created other forums to discuss other things in the NBA and other sports.

Suddenly player only fans, those who only joined the board to discuss their favorite player, joined. They were not the home based , Houston loving fans we were accustomed to.

It first happened with Yao, we had a flood of Chinese fans who joined, many of them new to basketball and the culture of sports boards.
They NEVER thought Yao did anything wrong even when Yao had a bad game.
    The pattern was
    Yao - good game
    1. Rockets fans - Good game for Yao
    2. Yao fans - Good game for Yao
    Yao -bad game
    1. Rockets fans - Bad game for Yao
    2. Yao fans - Good game for Yao

The second wave of fans came when McGrady joined. you have fans who only like him but came from all over the world since the NBA was so popular. They were looking for the "Anti-Kobe" and McGrady was their hero.
    The pattern goes

    Tmac - good game
    1. Rockets fans - Good game for Yao
    2. Tmac fans - Good game for Tmac
    Tmac -bad game
    1. Rockets fans - Bad game for Tmac
    2. Tmac fans - Not Tmac's fault for bad game, Teammates fault
    3. Tmac fans -Not Tmac's fault for bad game, Yao's fault
This caused a sort of Fake Fan Civil War
This is why you see TOFs like swwyguy always swiping at Yao

The 3rd wave of fans was the TOFs, this was like the white walkers except they were only dumber.

    Lin good game
    1. Rockets fans - Lin Good game
    2. Lin fans - Lin GREATEST GAME
    Lin bad game
    1. Rockets fans - Lin bad game
    2. Lin fans - RACIST COACH
    - RACIST FANS
    -RACIST CLUTCH
-PLAYER NOT HELPING LIN (Harden, Beverly)
    -LIN NOT GETTING FAIR CHANCE

    You see the history now?

And you're godamn right , 99ers are the best fans here

Told you a 99er, the worst of them all -- Tinman -- would come in with his bs "I'm better than you because I had the interwebs early."

If you aren't a good fit with a top 5 player in the league then you aren't a good player

You said he wasn't a good off-the-ball shooter, but the article noted that he was.

And the love doesn't come just from Asians. It comes from Ivy Leaguers, too.

    I agree about the labels.
