Who have they beaten lately? The Raptors win is a good one. They beat a Rockets team that had major injuries. A bad Jazz team twice? Hawks? Nuggets? Sixers?.... they lost to the Knicks, Bucks, Hornets....

Haven’t 6 of their last 7 been at home?

The Thunder will be a good team, but they aren’t magically a great team. They have played a lot of home games lately with a mediocre schedule.

They still have most of the same problems they had before. They have a really bad bench, a SG that can’t shoot, a PF that is going to want to do more than be a trailer for Westbrook, two guys that don’t move off ball at all.

The disguise is melting away. This thread is about the Thunder, not the Spurs.

It's a legit injury. They won't need him against a Lillard-less Blazers and the Kings anyway.

This is why I dont consider Kawhi among the best anymore, too injury prone.

Morey passing on Kawhi might've been a blessing in disguise, it'd be like the Yao Ming situation again where we had two top superstars but one would always be injured.

    First injury means injury prone?

    So Harden is also injured.

Last season he had tons of rest and still got injured.

Harden has been leading the league in mins played.

Kawhi Leonard's career might be over as an elite, franchise player. He seems to be going the Derrick Rose, Grant Hill career trajectory. Sad.

Wow. That was quite a leap.

It is far too early to start making those kinds of comparisons for Leonard

Not that they were going to beat Warriors or Rockets anyway but they had a chance to have a good competitive season if healthy.

Season now over, they should just tank and fall out of playoffs. Draft class of 2019 might be decent so might as well enter lottery for a shot at a top pick.

With no manu, gay, or kawhi they definitely are offensively challenged.

My only fear is that they will be healthy for the playoffs. This current spurs team is a joke.

20 seasons in a row they made the playoffs (3rd longest streak all-time). Fans won't understand this decision.
