Only thing I can think of is because he's a tweener. Kid is somewhere between a safety and a linebacker. Maybe teams feel he will never excel at either position
Don't know but hopefully they bring in a couple to compete. Would love to find and undrafted gem like Justin Tucker

Forgot who it was on NFL Network but basically told the UDFA to not follow the signing bonus and go to team you have best chance at making and get a contract. I'm sure guys go both ways.
