    So....

    Saturday
    Titans at Jags. Noon

    Cincy at Texans 7:25pm

    Sunday
    Balt at Pitt

Even if the titans beat the Jags at noon Saturday, Won't we still play for the Win (all starters) against Cincy? The 3 seed is still possible.

I just hope Saturday night isn't meaningless if the Titans win earlier that day

    Wrong wrong wrong again.
Titans opened up as a 3.5 fav at Jags next week. It's at 4.5 now.

    Nowhere close to 10-14 points.

Don't think that Texans/Bengals will be completely meaningless, even with a Titans win, because there is still a slight chance at a WC spot. Miami is at Buffalo and then hosts New England to close out the season, so they aren't a shoe-in.

.I hope the Titans use that strategy and lose. Maybe our banged up players who have already missed a game or 2 or 3 or 4 will finally be back. I hope Bortles has the game of his life and their secondary picks off a pass or two from Mariotta. That is entirely possible. Go Jags!

Can someone please explain to me: Titans and Texans are tied.. if they lose and we win, but then they beat us, then who has the tiebreaker and how? I feel like no matter the outcome of this weekend, we have to beat the Titans.

The Texans would have the better division record and thus would win the tie breaker

Chiefs have to drop one and the Dolphins and Raiders have to win out for that to happen.

    Would be great.

I'm in a current debate with a friend who says JJ wouldn't play in a deep playoff run like the AFC championship or Superbowl. I said he would. Anyone else thinks he would play?

He can't even if he wanted to. The Texans already used their IR designated to return on someone else meaning JJ is done for the year.

So if the Titans win before our game I still think we will be going balls to the wall against Cincy. We aren't good enough to "take games off".
And their is still a 3 seed compared to a 4 seed on the line based off or record. Also a slight WC chance.

Didn't they miss the first kick, then had to retry the kick which won the game. Just that kick would of make Sat.'s game, a clincher.

    So, dream scenario...

    KC beat Denver tonight
KC beats San Diego next week
    Denver beats Oakland next week

    If so, we host Oakland.

Not if Miami were to get in and beat Pittsburgh.

    Then we would play KC.

that's the only way to avoid the boston massacre? We just need Suh to kick big ben in the balls and for ajayi to run wild.
