I hope the Jets or the Browns get him. Really don't want the Broncos success held over our head next year.

I'm really digging the moves the Raiders are quietly making with Kelechi Osemele, Bruce Irvin, and Sean Smith today. With the Broncos in free-fall after the Osweiler defection, it might time for the startup Raiders to compete for the division crown.
They are also in position to draft their running back Ezeauiel Elliott, and they could be set to be a playoff team.

Reggie did a good job of zeroing in on major weaknesses. I'm hoping Osemele can cut it as a LT if they don't bring back Penn. Smith is just a solid, big corner and snatching him from a division rival is doubly good. Bruce Irvin has been up and down but hopefully he can get down on some QBs. If they can also coax Weddle into coming in, add some more secondary and LB help in the draft, and a stud RB, we will be in prime position to take the division.
Kapernick has no value at his contract and he doesn't understand this so I predict he will be cut by April 11 and then learn the hard way. He's a terrible QB.

how is that a good trade for NE? The way i see it they lose their best pass rusher for a backup olineman and a late 2nd round pick. I think I'd rather keep jones even if it just for one year.
They probably found out there was no way to resign him. This is a deep class for D-lineman, they can get an extra one in the 2nd and they shored up their o-line just a little bit more.
Arizona was widely expected to draft a DL at the end of the first, and if they don't now this makes it more likely a good DL will be there at #52, making it more likely the Texans go WR at #22.
and chris long doesn't do bath salts, so it's a good replacement. as long as their uggs boots keeps under center and the league keeps protecting the offenses, they can get away with doing any move.
