That was the best that Bulls team has been in a long while. Derrick Rose was utilized as an MVP, and Noah ended up winning defensive player of the year. I'd love to see what Dwight and James would do (if Dwight is still here) with him next year. They were honestly over-achieving, because they didn't even have Gasol or the "new and improved" Jimmy Butler at the time. Our team has the offensive power, but no efficiency, and we have the defensive players -Dwight, Bev, Ariza, but the system is broken. I think Thibs would solve a lot of these issues...

What makes you think we have a shot at some of these coaches? When a GM makes a statement that coaching does not really matter, has proven to have a lot of power / input and now has a team not clicking at all. The image of the Rockets organisation has suffered a lot this year too. Not so sure I would even consider this mess.
