what did they win? I don't remember the Knicks win anything since they had Larry Johnson and Sprewell.

Don't think anybody would like playing guard next to Harden. Doubt Dantoni would change the way harden plays. Rondo is probably out of the equation as well. Rondo is simply not a dantoni type of player, especially with his horrid 3 point shooting.

Well, its too bad cause other than conley, Lin is the best pg available that fits the rockets needs. Too bad fans here can't get over the irrational hate for him, despite him being a good basketball move, much more so now than when he first came here.

I think Jerry is the best player in the NBA.

And for the record I don't even like Jerry

Every year he's moved, it been either because he only received one offer (Knicks, Rockets, Charlotte) or because he's been traded. It's not like he's purposely been looking for new situations. The Nets offered him a 3 year deal and they have a coach whom he has an existing relationship with and with whom he's had success before. The Pelicans expressed interest, but he went with the existing relationship (and probably less money according to media projections for what they thought he'd get).

Before Lin came to Charlotte, Charlotte was a bottom feeder as well?

They were winning games until they took the ball out of Lin's hands.

It certainly is with the money being thrown around right now. Anywhere $10mil/yr +/- 2 is about right for Lin, and it's funny how the haters are disparaging him for accepting it with Brooklyn as if they'd turn down that contract.

Makes sense for the Nets. They had no 1st round draft picks this year. Their 1st round next year can get swapped by the Celtics. They gave away their 1st around pick the year after that.

With all the picks gone, there's really no point in tanking. So even with the Lin signing they still got 40 mil in cap space. I think they'll be real active when folks want to dump contracts later this year.

you've stated you're not a rockets fan and you joined this site just to make statements on jeremy lin.

everything you say is completely biased toward lin being in the right in everything.

sure, somebody coached lin before, but that's the 36 million reasons he signed for.
