Actually not the highest. He had 1008 points in 2009, 1127 points in 2012 and 1194 so far this season. His average # of points was the same in 09 as 2 other years, and it's higher than that this season."Sometimes you say things that make absolutely no sense whatsoever. " "You have the audacity" to talk about stats? " I mean maybe try thinking before you speak next time" ;)

I meant points relative to efficiency. Someone who averaged 15 and 10 on close to 60% shooting is now considered not great?

He's fine. I think your team is good. I just thought it was funny that your comments were directed towards someone who voted for you.

And to guard wade/granger, I'd let sprewell take care of them, if you know what I mean

He was actually in response to me. No biggy. Wade was great but so was kidd. And dont talk to me about granger being solid defensively. Under average is ok especially for the offense he brings. Marc gasol cant hold yaos jock in the milleniums. Marc gasol now probably. And yao was a stout defender and would greatly affect marcs shots imo. But who knows maybe marc woulda bully backed him down.

It comes down to this. I think red is better at the 1, 3 and 5 while while spoon is better at 2,4 and bench. Thats pretty even but considerring bench players wont play overly overly huge mibutes and the fact i like reds starters better is why i chose red.

Dont like my opinion or critique thats fine. Ill just go back to voting by picking a name and giving out no analysis or thought process behind it.

You guys crack me up. I can't bet any love even though I have

7 all stars all in that era
2 sixth men of the year coming off my bench
And 1 Steph Curry with the shot haha

Of course people will use all different crap to hate but my team would run TRIANGLEs around your teams.

    Horry vs. VBG

Horry: Fantastic inside defense. Mutombo and KG compliment each other very well, Mutombo doesn't move far from the basket, KG can play great help defense. Kirilenko as another help defender makes it crazy tough to score inside. Backcourt is pretty bad on D. Rookie Curry and Marbury bring no D, Crawford was lazy on D too in his prime. Old Jordan had some flashy defensive plays and I'm sure he'd bring effort, but he was pretty slow at that point, he played at SF, and there were stamina issues, he was often much better in the first half.

Offensively, I'd prefer one more shooter in the starting lineup, but overall I think it's ok. Jordan's minutes should be limited to like 20 a game IMO, it would help both his efficiency and defense.

I don't know how it goes with Marbury. He's a great talent, but his teammates didn't like him, he had huge ego, he didn't listen to anyone. He played no defense, padded his stats, stagnated offense. Chances are that Jordan would punch him at some point.

VBG: More talent, pretty good shooting, mobile, except Bynum. I don't care for Bynum here. He does make some sense, he adds post game to this team, but I think he also slows it down too much and doesn't bring enough defense. This would look like a really good defensive team otherwise, if it had a good defensive center. Besides, Bynum brings personality issues, he pouted about his touches even when the Lakers were champions. He had some good playoff games but also a lot of bad ones. Health too, if we play this series 10 times, Bynum is probably missing some of them.

I think I'd prefer Horford here at center, he was a better player before 2011, he would help with defense, a smarter and less selfish player too. The team could just play running athletic basketball.

I'll pick VBG's team here. I think Horry's team will defend LeBron pretty well, with Kirilenko on him and KG/Mutombo protecting inside. But there's more talent on LeBron's side, both Vince and LeBron will be hard to cover. And Cassell could probably score 20 points a game in this series too, he won't see much defense here, and he's a great midrange shooter, so he doesn't need to go inside.

    -----------

    So overall, my picks are

    Spooner
    VoA
    LCAhmed
    VBG

I think you are still behind 3-2. I just repeated my votes in last post, so they'd be easier to see in one place.
