    The Mets may have a competent team for the first time in a long, long while if Noah Syndergaard and Steve Matz live up to their top prospect billing.

    Yes, I think they'll both be in the bigs by the end of the year.

    I'm pissed commish, you can't let crap like that happen, it's not fair for the rest of the league... To allow someone to get the Orioles with the 17th pick and then follow it up with the Mets falling in his lap in the third round.... Something isn't right about that, I might as well throw in the towel.... This thing is over!!!

    The players on the Mets big league roster have more resemblance to the folks at Sandpiper than an actual major league team.

    I do like their minor league players much more.

    I was really close to getting a team with a solid staff. Just worried how much their offense could produce to get them wins. Kinda wish I had gotten a different team with my 2nd rounder now.

    I took the Texas Rangers, mainly because I need a shortstop and Elvis Andrus is one.

    Honestly, I was expecting worse than the Rangers. I thought I would be stuck with the Yankees, Braves or god forbid, the Mets. As such, the choice wasn't really between a giant turd and a cup of diarrhea, but rather between a giant turd and a smelly old shoe. In that case, I take the shoe every time.

    Anyway, the league is set up. EVERYBODY DON'T FORGET TO SET A STARTING LINEUP ASAP! To do this, you need to log into your team and choose Monday, April 13th in the drop down menu. Lineups are set weekly, so you need to go to Monday in order to set it.

    Waivers are open so you can add/drop players (from your 3 designated teams only!) at your discretion. No trading.
