Mudiay is the real deal, but I won't hold it against the Lakers for liking Deangelo Russell better. Both of them have talent, only time will tell whether they make it.
yes but Scott's reasoning is completely and utterly idiotic. Not a true point guard? The guy makes amazing passes. Sure he has some problems with turnovers but that's to be expected from any rookie pg. ... Gotta say I was impressed by Winslow after yesterday. Still think that Stanley Johnson is better. I am happy that MJ refused Ainge's offer.
The Lakers really fvked up not drafting him or Porzingis at least, not that i am complaining. Even in this pace & space era, big man with skill is still a good foundation to build upon - much easier too, and DRuss IMHO is not a transcendent guard talent to begin with.

Seems to be what he was advertised to be. A big that can score. That 5.3 rpg average in 34 minutes a night is horrendous, though. haven't watched in depth... probably suffers a bit from being next to Noel, but still. Suspect not a + defender. I think Mudiay was the bigger pass... but also think Russell has plenty of time to become a real good player. Who knows on Porzingis... love that upside though.

Okafor has been a great defender if you watch his defense on film. He has better tools than Towns on the defense end. Better size, winspan, reach and quickness. His rebounding has been low despite good box outs. Many of his rebounds are "stolen" by guards and Noel.

KAT looks so mature, granted its against the nuggets but very, very smooth game, not accounting for freak injury, I could seem in the league for a long, long time. lmfao at KG tho, ALL DAY ALL DAY!! hahaha, I have to say he's actually likeable in this "old fart" stage of his career, KAT is lucky to have him
