Yes, elite RBs deserve to get paid... Next year, Arian Foster will have a higher cap hit than every NFL RB not named Adrian Peterson or Lesean McCoy. And, there has been talk of AP being a cap casualty. Foster will have to restructure his deal or he'll be cut. The value of the RB is drastically reduced these days, so no need to spend 9 million on a RB unless you are getting literally a top 2 RB in the league. And even that is a little iffy.
