Not at all. Just saying that other teams are already promoting their top 5 picks while ours has yet to sign. Not frustrated by this yet just pointing out that I would have loved to see him make his professional debut in June.
Oh gotcha. Oh and other teams? Like you know, Aiken has yet to sign and isn't playing. Kolek signed but has yet to start his career. Rodon has not signed yet. Schwarber signed and moved up. Godon had his debut last night but has yet to be promoted. Who are these "other teams" promoting their top 5 picks? 2 out of 5 players have made their debut, and they are both hitters. The draft just ended and we already have people whining.

I never ever (ever) said that. Of course, I was already on record (along with half of the educated world) with saying that his debut was unnecessarily delayed. Coming back and rubbing it in when he went off is childish and a waste of bandwidth. I did predict that he would struggle initially, unlike others who said the extra time would allow him to succeed right away.
Isn't Springer doing basically what most people expected of him except with maybe more variability and less steals?
"Now" is a very interesting choice of words for someone like Springer. Springer lives and dies by hard contact. He is going to go hot and cold much like a three point shooter. His last 20 days has been similar to his first 20 days with a couple of homers sprinkled in. Granted, I expect his cold spells won't usually be this severe, but I also don't expect his hot spells to be that hot very often. And on his always projected....He was been projected from one source as late as last season as striking out 40% of the time in the majors. I am actually happy with his K% considering it is on the low end of most of the projections I saw. He has a good eye, is fast, and hits ball hard when he hits it.
Could be Correa time <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Corpus Christi IF INF Nolan Fontana has been placed on DL with broken finger suffered Thursday while warming up in the fourth.</p>— Brian McTaggart (@brianmctaggart) <a href="https://twitter.com/brianmctaggart/statuses/480113461184454657">June 20, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
He's somebody who will get on base, hit for power and strike out. That's pretty much what he is now. I actually expect the avg to improve.
Carlos Correa just hit his 6th homer of the season. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Carlos Correa just murdered a fastball opposite field for a home run off of Eflin.</p>— Ron (@Rontrarian) <a href="https://twitter.com/Rontrarian/statuses/480171429535571968">June 21, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

No idea what happened to J.D Osbourne in his last appearance. I was listening to the game on MILB radio while I was packing. Other than being notable for nearly every Jethawks swing going for a base hit, Osbourne was god-awful terrible. He walked three guys in an inning and threw at least a couple wild pitches if I remember correctly. I thought for a minute he'd give back all the runs the JHawks scored.
