    Good thing he got the hell out of Lancaster... maybe Hader should go back there to get his confidence back (in some weird twisted backwards psychological way...).

    The Lancaster "effect" doesn't actually effect everyone.

    Very very happy to see this from Appel. Finish strong, have a strong AFL, and we could see him competing for a spot in the rotation come ST.

    All 10 of Appel's strikeouts were swinging. Beautiful, we may finally have our 1-1 back.

    While I'm slightly concerned how Appel will handle adversity down the road it's nice to see him get back on track. Hopefully we can see him develop into a productive mlb player.
