    Lol.
99ers were not created because of the year 1999.

we formed because clutch asked us too.
He asked for faithful die hard rockets fans who understand what the meaning of clutch city is. He and rudy t wanted us to defend against non believers.

It's not a join date. It's an indicator that you joined for the original reason

The best they can do for the lin topic is count how many posts you make.

I think they should count how many pixels are on my thx certified plasma

Come on, tinman, you were already exposed for being a Lin fan than a true Rockets fan. A Rockets fan would choose to watch the Rockets instead of posting in a Jeremy Lin thread.

That was a sad day. Thomas dove right into Yao's knee. I thought it was a dirty play iirc.

I think the real problem with Tinman is that he doesn't like any fans that joined basically 2004 onwards.

You aren't a true Rockets fan apparently if you do not like Hakeem/Mad Max/Drexler/Otis/Moses etc....... (FYI I do not like Hakeem and I've supported the Rockets all my life when I discovered the NBA. I'm simply neutral on him because I haven't managed to discover the emotional connection between me as a fan who has never watched his career and his play for the Rockets)

Not sure how this works for people born post championship years to be honest. I've tried to learn but simply grainy footage sucks and I can't maintain interest.

T-mac Highlights on the other hand don't look like they are from 1990

Why talk about Lin? He is a scrub right? I don't waste brain cells on things that don't matter.

Byron Scott should embrace Jeremy more because he balls like Byron's former teammate Sedale Threatt.

Don't need to be a true fan to appreciate that nineties championship team...they were stacked unlike the Lakers of that year. You got The Dream, The Glide, Mad Max, Robert Horry, Elie, Cassell, Original Jet Kenny Smith and of course Rudy T at the helm.
