They regather their old championship team.... But overall the NBA landscape has changed and those players are older now... well they have Parsons
Well, a good coach like Carlisle is saying nothing at all. Offensively gifted glue guys are welcome and perform on any team, even on the Bucks and the Kings

It's kind of funny to me... Dirk could have joined the Rockets and Parsons to earn more money AND have a better shot at winning. Instead, he chose loyalty. Parsons and Bosh chose money. Money & loyalty. Does no one give a damn about winning anymore? Geez. Good job Spencer Hawes.
Why do people think choosing Rockets = choosing winning? We never had the coach, chemistry, or bench for championships. Loyalty goes both ways. Dirk and Mavs are loyal to each other. No player is loyal to Rockets cause Rockets is loyal to no player.
Maybe bobcats considering what they tried to give hayword. Rockets obviously didn't expect a playoff team to offer such a bad contract. And unless parsons beats all expectations and becomes a perennial all star/ all nba player it's a bad contract. And if he does become that he opts out in 2 years.

Because we won 54 games and finished tied for the 6th best record. The 5 teams that finished ahead of us either didn't have significant cap space or wound up losing the best player in the sport. It's not hard to see why people think that.....

While I'm sure money was the determining factor in Bosh turning down Houston, you can also argue he also chose loyalty. Besides, dudes already won 2 titles and has 4 consecutive final appearances while sacrificing much of his own individual game/stats. With the Heat he can once again showcase his true skill, abilities and prove that he is capable of being more than just a role player or stretch big. I know you know this, but the difference between a 36? 37? year old Dirk who has already made a ton of money is a lot different than Parsons who's made less than 3 million gross. Yes give Hawes credit for a taking less to win but he also get to live in LA and while he's no Dirk, he's already made over 28 million in his 7 years in the league.
You laugh now, but that dude Terry will drop 30 on us...Once he sees those jerseys he's going to light us up every time. Legendary Rocket Killer.
LOLOLOL:

#Mavs Donnie tells me: 'Tyson Chandler, as a leader and defender, is almost a modern-day Bill Russell.' Hahahahaha! Yeah, Tyson is Bill Russell, and CP must be Sam Jones. Hahahahaha! Get those expectations sky high, Mavs: 70 win season?
Their pg is felt on. What more needs to be said? Lol. The biggest mystery to me is with all the solid pigs already in the league why does felt on still have a job, and a starting gig at that?
