Going to be a lot of pressure on Parsons because he's going from most underpaid to most overpaid. But it will be great opportunity for him to play/practice with and learn from Dirk. Expect his 3P shooting to improve.
Good for Parsons. Rooting against specific former players is low class and petty. Just root for our own team to do well.

I don't really have any ill will towards Parsons. Les passed on signing him back and that's that. I think playing under Carlisle will up his game. Max contract worth? I dunno bout that. I think that they're hoping for a breakout star much the same way we took a chance on Harden. He was a 3rd banana too until he got his break.
They are better than us. We might win more games in the season. Put them in a 7 game series with us I have zero confidence in McHale getting us 4 wins. ZERO confidence. How utterly pathetic is that when you have Dwight Howard and James Harden in your team?
Now that the big 3 in Miami are no longer together the Dallas Mavs are easily my most hated team in he league.
Everyone knows about the coach, gets the best out of his guys, uses them the right way. The starting 5 is really strong. Ellis isn't as much of a headcase as in the past. The PG situation is weak. Dirk is Dirk, and they don't have much security behind Chandler. They will be a team trying to compete for the 6th spot.
