Tim MacMahon: Maxing out Parsons is an absolute must or this arrow is pointing down. Can they overpay another good-but-not-great player to come here and be part of a foundation? Barnes or Batum with max money? I don't think they can. They'll have several options at that money that will be more appealing than Dallas. Cuban owes it to Dirk to be as competitive as possible the next couple years. This might bottom out organically after that. As long as they have Dirk here, they'll be fighting for one of the last playoff spots.

In b4 DD's "Still better than Ariza" comments LOL! 3 years in and despite paying him the max Parsons has been useless every single playoff run Dallas has had his entire contract. Hope they keep him long term both parties deserve each other.
Mavericks owner Mark Cuban added Pausha Haghighi to the team's business staff to assist with the planning of the team's soon-to-be-built new practice facility, sources said. Haghighi is the personal assistant and longtime best friend of Chandler Parsons, who will be a free agent after opting out of the final season of his contract this summer. Haghighi's hiring is another sign of Cuban's close ties to Parsons' camp, but Parsons' return to Dallas is still not considered a certainty. Haghighi, who has a business degree from Central Florida, held a sales position with the Rockets before Parsons left Houston for Dallas.
Lol I saw this guy get punked by Dmo once at a club for trying to hit on his chick. Parsons had to intervene and tell Dmo "he was cool".
Good job for Parsons getting his homies jobs. Hopefully if in the future Parsons ends up in a tight spot his buddies will be there for him and not abandon him like what happened with Iverson, Antoine Walker and everybody else who ended up broke.
Ain't no fun, if the homies can't get none That Vice Sports video also made me cringe, Parsons is such a D-Bag
Lol still so arrogant. Branch off from Harden n Howard? Really? Only reason you went was the money. If healthy he is more versatile then ariza sure...but for that price its not worth it.
