Chandler Parsons on returning to Houston: “Houston was home for me for three years. I definitely would never count that option out. I have great memories there. They have a great crowd, a great city to live in… I have nothing but respect and love for them. I would never count that out.” https://soundcloud.com/channel33/ep-55-sources-say-with-juliet-chris-and-chandler-parsons
I just can't believe teams are going to pay the guy 20 plus million a season. I don't care about cap jump he isn't that good.
Just noticed the Mavs point differential is now below zero. Assuming they even make the playoffs, they will be the 8 seed not us (thankfully).
This injury is nowhere near as serious as his last one. My guess is he will opt out...someone will offer him a max deal...probably Dallas...and he'll take it.
As upset as I was when he left and trashed Houston, he made a sound financial decision and looks to be set to cash in on another big time pay day and straight up robbing teams of cap space, cant be mad at that.
I'm not a doctor, so I don't know what this one says about his health or his previous injury. But we keep seeing injured guys getting big deals. Hell, Dallas handed a boatload of cash to Wes Matthews after a hugely significant injury.
