I know all the players know it's a business and need to do what's best for them but it would be reasonable to expect CParsons to be salty at Blake because he was(still is) salty at DJ about what happened. I guess the difference is that Parsons and Blake have had a friendship since the teenage years while Parsons just created a friendship with DJ in the past year(mainly for the purpose of recruiting him).

Parsons is officially the lap dog of the Dallas Mavericks and probably the whole NBA. Pay him and he will do anything for you..

How much do you think parsons regret taking 15mil and his dreams crushed over taking probably 12mil to stay with rockets and title chance?

I think it'd be funny if he opted out this year

My thought was always him opting out this year and going to la. Now though, hes not opting out. He just came off that micro fracture knee surgery. Hes not passing up all that money that he wont get on the open market now. Plus the fact that he isnt a very good "superstar"

He will probably get more this off season. Everybody is getting 15mil. Even guys who average 8 pts and 8 rbs.

Haha true. I really liked parsons, he gave white people hope for the nba, but I respect players that take a little less to stay with the team that drafted them. He could've made 12 mil probably in Houston but he wanted the Hollywood contract who talks more than his play.

If he wants to talk about disrespect, disrespect was Okc not giving harden the max and wanting him to play 6th man. The difference between harden and parsons is parsons gets the max and everyone laughs at Cuban, harden gets the max and the entire sports world still calls Okc dumbasses. Parsons needs to learn his lane

Parsons has not been a class act since leaving but I miss his game. He was awesome at what he did. Part of me wished we matched after signing Ariza and used him off the bench in Brewer's role.

I thought portions signed with the mavs before ariza signed with the rox?

Brewer was more awesome at what he did and cheaper too
