Love this album, but I think Section.80 just killed it. Not sure if he can repeat such brilliance.

He's not bad. He toured with Brother Ali and thought he had some pretty good songs. The song that really stuck out was the one Oddisee produced.

But along with best from 2012
Big KRIT- 4ever N a Day/Best Album of the Year for me.
Oddisee- People Hear What They See/2nd Best Album of the Year
Big Boi- Lies,Rumors/ Great album, but not as good as the last one.
Kendrick Lamar-Good Kidd/ Album was dope.
Brother Ali-Mourning in America/ Great CD. Probably his best work
Phonte- Charity Starts at Home/ Anything from 9th Wonder and Phonte is gold.
Big KRIT- Live from the Underground- Best thing for the South.
Freddie Gibbs- BFK/ Great Gangster Rap.

    Onto 2013

Best song on ASAP's album. Sounds like a Wu-Tang song to me. Even has Joey Bada$$ sounding
    like ODB.

Looking forward to Cole's album along with the CD with Kendrick. And Big KRIT and Yelawolf CD.

Cassidy needs to hop on this 15 seconds of revitalized fame and start releasing heat left and right. He could find his way back into the game because this was a strong strong shot at Meek and Meek hasn't responded, and I don't think Meek has the talent to respond.

Good looks on the Freddie Gibbs btw, very underappreciated.

Nice article from Rob Markman at MTV (surprising, I know) but talks about the current hip hop revival. Love it.

    May be a trend starting.

Some 22 yr old rapper, Freddy E, just killed himself and eerily counted down to doing so on twitter. I know you're asking "Fred Who?" He was a Youtube rapper that had a pretty decent following on there.
