New Mexico has never been to the Sweet 16 despite having some really good teams over the years. They're like the Wake Forest or Gonzaga of the Mountain time zone, always fielding good teams that never do anything come March.

That may be because they just rose to D-1 and every single high school student who is not graduating earlier than they normally would has lived on this earth longer than FGCU has been a school. Maybe I can start a school and in 10 years they'll make an impact on March Madness.:grin:
