Well it doesn't have to be basketball related.. i'll start: For me, drink raw vegetable/fruit juice a day. For family, clean as you go at home. For the world, recycle plastic. We're already doing paper. For clutchfans, click one ad a day .
For me, stay at it with working out. Keep the goal in sight. Also for me, see to it that my plans for furthering my education develop even moreso.
My goal is to keep my weight the same Didnt lose it in 2010 or 2011 so I'll be realistic and just be a little overweight....
This. Nothing too over-the-top or impossible to manage, just eat a little more sensibly and exercise a bit more. Oh, and floss every day.
