Hopefully that means Moe Harkless's comparables change from Ebanks and Ariza to something a bit more palatable.
I assume it is players who impressed him beyond his original expectations. So those players will likely move up in his next Mock Draft. Take a look at his current Mock for comparison to his tweet above.
also note that Andre Drummond didn't show. Not all the lotto picks show up. Can anyone list the no shows?
Shiit, I didn't know the combine was televised or else I would've tuned in. What channel and times is it on? TBH I probably cant get the channel it's on. Is there an internet stream of the combine? I knew he was undersized. I was arguing with somebody on these boards about that a couple of weeks ago. I knew he was probably 6'8 tops barefoot...I think we found Morey's man Not that good...
Marc J. Spears <s>@</s>SpearsNBAYahoo Syracuse guard Dion Waiters canceled all team workouts and interviews at NBA pre-draft camp, source tells Y! Sports. Source believes Waiters has a high draft promise from a team.
Doubt it. If he does have a guarantee, I'm guessing it came from a lottery team, perhaps a team selecting in the top-10 even. It wouldn't make any sense to cancel all the workouts and interviews just to get picked #18, when you're projected to go somewhere from 8-20 or so anyway.
He doesn't have a promise. It's a PR move. Pretending to have a promise so teams will pick him higher.
Of course you haven't heard of it. When people pretend to have a promise, they don't tell you they are pretending. Also, here's a link to the ESPN video of the combine coverage: http://espn.go.com/watchespn/player/_/source/espn3/id/480436/
Danial Orton in 2010. Reggie Jackson apparently had one in 2011, but I still don't know if he was pretending.
