We have Messi scoring 50+ goals so no need for him to do that.. But like Reeko said he is more of an architect/director of the symphony. I just don't have a man crush on him like Reeko does so I tend to diminish him a bit or Reeko tends to exaggerate :grin:
So is he better than Kroos? He can't be better than Schweinsteiger and Götze...but I wouldn't mind him beating out Kroos.
This is a tough one as I don't watch Bayern enough. I think given playing time Thiago can develop into a very good player (lots of potential and just turned 22). I doubt he will get constant playing time as Bayern is stacked in the middle but I guess Pep wants his players to give 110% percent and therefore is making it more competitive. They have to outplay their teammates to earn a spot in the starting 11. I'm also assuming Bayern wants to win it all or at least be competitive in all of the competitions so I'm assuming lots of rotations will be taking place. Lastly, aren't Kroos and Schweinsteiger injury prone? Perhaps, he is trying to get him in case someone goes down.
